Arbitrager's dream isn't that what you mean. If you are saying that 1.7 million shares are short out of 4 million shares on this stock wouldn't it make sense for some fund to come in here and buy say 1 million shares. The cost would be say 13-16 million and profit from selling to the covering shorts. Forget the fundamentals just a squeeze play make a bundle and leave quickly.
