Hello:

I have heard of a company that did a reverse split (SIMS) and the stock price went up. Unforatunately it is the second reverse split in two years, so I'm not sure if the overall effect is all that positive. However, the reason they did the reverse split was to keep their Nasdaq listing. I guess we ought to question the reason behind MXR's reverse split. Anyone have any ideas/speculation as to the cause behind it and what their objectives are in the short term?

Still holding on...

Kerry
