The QTR thread is active with comments about accumulation of QTR at these prices. I suspect that QTR and EIL will jump together once the promo starts and especially if they ACTUALLY hit something. Lets hope so.

Have they started to drill or are they just setting up ??
The stock is not reacting well for a drill in progress..especially
if on promo... I see that QTR is on the move today.
