That is the way this company operates. Arnold and friends need to finally realize no one cares about these useless releases.

Mike P: -The Feedback from these people has been extremely generous. Much more is being accomplished behind closed doors than a simple merger. They are working beyond that. Premature Release of any real news, by definition, is not in the true interest of anyone involved, including the stock holder. Competition will raise its ugly head soon enough. I'm sure many would rather they take that by surprise than spill the beans just to satisfy curiosity. ("me thinks they know what they are doing" -g-) Dave
