Terry remains at National Scientific and is somewhat involved in another operation where he has minority interest. To my knowledge, he's no longer connected in any manner with INCE , ITCO, or any related enterprise. It appears ITCO will go through Chapter 11, retaining Cellular Magnetics as it's only operating enterprise. There is continuing interest in the antenna technology by some Asian cellphone companies as well as Australian cellphone companies, so there's a possibility ITCO may be able to license or sell the technology for OEM use. The interest appears to be for the internal version of the Far-Safe technology, which would have to be done on an OEM level.

Relax I was just a little red last night when I scanned over the headlines and I thought about Terry. I am sure he has nothing to do with SUNY. State University of New York, maybe a name change might be in order.
