Correct, but sometimes fundamentals just don't work with certain companies...I.E. AOL, IOMEGA, Yahoo...etc, and short help to raise the share price as they cover...Short interest charts are also a good indicator of who think what is in the crapper etc..

Wait until the first day that the Dow takes a 1% dip and then short
AOL and watch the 'fun'..
