One last post before I fade away...

Blackstar, I have been a lurker on this thread as I have been intrigued by the press releases, however; I would never put down any money on this shell without some audited financials. I dare say that there are many in the wings just like me!! Too many red flags. I am not a nay here, just looking for some solid evidence to invest besides press releases and hype without PROOF!

I hear you and I commend you on your clear thinking. Keep a level mind and tick those checkboxes off on your own list.

If this co's web page is any indication of industry leadership in internet advertising, I dare say that you have a few fellow investors on this thread alone (Bob Frey comes to mind) that could blow their doors off!!! That was a truely horrible display, IMHO.

Different minds see different things. Being of technical background I can easily appreciate what, how and why they were trying to when they put up their site. It has basically been like that since NETZ started. The recent update was probably nothing more that a restoration of functionality. I cannot clearly say right now.

As to the layout, we all have our own preferences. I just want to add one thing: if a customer walks in to buy a car you expect everything to be perfect and tidy. If a mechanic walk in at the blacksmiths looking for a new tool, grease and grime is totally acceptable. Point being: the NETZ site is mainly a place to show off their tools for web ads. Just too bad they haven't gotten around to making everything work for us individual investors yet. maybe it's a competition thing? They don't want to show off their best cards to DCLK yet? Speculation, I know. It will change soon IMO. It must.

Good Luck tomorrow, BlackStar out [cold]

Gary, the website you referred to is an old website for Netmaster. The
new company is called Zulu-tek. It is comprised of echomedia, softbank and autotrak. Look at the echomedia and softbank websites. They represent the true Zulu-tek.

This stock should be trading at least as much(in terms of market cap) as doubleclick (~10 dollars a share). It has an extremely good risk/reward ratio.
