Thread: Look, everyone hates to lose, but this kind of credibility buster is something no investor likes in his management team. Give David S. credit. Regardless of the long term outcome, this is a troublesome development relative to management trumpeting. This Quay is eating more than a little crow, and any long must hope he doesn't choke on it. Is this the FDA way of getting back at SNUS for the little lawsuit activity last year?? Or something more troublesome? I don't know, but I'm gonna give a guy credit who was skeptical here.
