David, you are too funny! We have all really missed you and the other guys the last 2 weeks are so. How was your vacation? Did you head to the islands? or maybe the mountains for a little white powder? We have been very bored what with mr pink missing in action and you being unavailable. We are very happy to have you and your wit back on the board. Please don't leave us unattended for so long next time.
Did Allen and Cathy head off with you? I'm sure you had a bunch to talk about with them. Anyway, to bring you up to speed on what you missed, after the 3 for 2, it's been pretty boring. Day after day of nothing but bad news for all those nasty shorts. A tick or 2 down, and then straight up like the old Presstek short-squeeze days. No real opportunity for those wanting to add to their long positions at lower prices. Oh well, we all know that the FDA approval and the US patents of CCSI must surely be worthless, right? So the stock will soon go lower, right? The announcement of a distribution deal(s) will surely drive the stock permanently lower, right?
Well, all I know is what Allen and Cathy tell me. From what I hear, Cathy has recently completed an extensive, long-term due diligence effort on CCSI for her new employer, Avalon, you know, the hedge fund broker in Boca Raton. Why I hear through the grapevine, from the big swinging Tarzans, that she began her research way back on this past Monday or Tuesday when she requested for the first time an investor packet on CCSI from another broker or maybe even CCSI its little ole self. She then spent months (well, ok, at least an hour or so) I hear talking to folks who know the most about CCSI, maybe people like you, and maybe even Allen, who as her boss at Avalon must have great insight into many of the parameters of institutional quality research. Do you have an account, Dave, with Avalon? Do you work there, because with such quality, in-depth research, I might someday want to open a short account there?
Well, I for one think that Cathy and Allen's recommendation to sell/sell short CCSI was brilliant, because today I hear that many MM's used the opportunity to cover at only a massive loss to their accounts. From what I hear, the 2 or 3 contracts CCSI will maybe eventually announce in the near future are probably going to inflict the kind of damage on the shorts that is only seen very rarely, such as when a medical device, bio, or drug development finally comes out of the development closet (can the shorts say Centocor, or Genentech or ...).
Anyway, I would hate that Cathy's extensive research report and her well-known employer, Avalon, not get the public attention they so desire and deserve. I mean, Cathy's the one who publicly submitted her beautifully researched report to the news wires. So I suggest that anyone who would like to receive a leather-bound copy of her report, or if anyone would like to talk to Cathy or her always available boss Allen Jacobs, about this incredible hatchet job done I guess for their short-selling clients, THEN CALL AVALON AT 561-447-4044.
Remember, the folks in Boca Raton are usually at their offices even during my supper, so call early, late and all times in between until you too get what you want of Avalon's latest distinguished research piece. As far as I can tell, it really is a piece. And don't forget to ask for their recommendation record report and you too will see the sterling track record they have on past recommendations (apparently, they used to make buy reco's, but the darn stocks seemed to go down mostly-so why fight when you can switch). Right, Dave?
For those with patience and a good sense of humor for you and the other entertainers Dave, the best is coming VERY soon. Oh by the way, if that darn stock symbol thing (you know, that "D") is still causing you some trouble, I need to tell you that the price of 18 3/4 stuck on the old CCSI symbol has changed slightly: the price has come all the way back down to about 21 3/4 or so pre-split. I'm sure we will NEVER EVER see 21 or so post-split. Those bad ole shorts just need to forget that FDA approval thing and those silly ole US patents, because this company has never had any serious PAST revenues and therefore just simply couldn't amount to anything in the future. Right, Dave?
Tell Cathy and Allen hi for me. |
