Ryan,

I don't know if you meant to send your post to Mr. Chew or me. I will offer my unqualified opinion, none the less. First off, I am happy to report that I do not have a position on ACRT. I believe that there are far better places to put your hard earned cash right now. Second, I agree that the release was a waste. Third, Amos can't buy any shares right now because he is somewhat bankrupt and also under house arrest by Mr. Pink. I recall a discussion that he does own considerable stock or options, but I really don't know for sure. Finally, as to my opinion as to when we may see some upside, or how much downside is left, I doesn't look good for Rice and Co. They look like a pummelled boxer with glazed eyes and legs are about to fail. This is a volatile stock and it could go up or down. Individual Investor has put the kiss of death on them and they will probably downgrade after their next meeting with Rice.

This is just opinion and I have often seen stocks go in opposite directions of where I thought they would go. I leave you with the following thought from the writings of Peter Lynch. He said, "The lowest price a stock can go to is zero." I don't think that will happen with this Actrade, but the potential is there. Perhaps Mr. Pink could could project the share value based on the air conditioner business alone, if the TAD business disintegrates.

Sorry I couldn't be a little more upbeat, but you did ask for opinion. I hope you manage to survive this one with a bit of profit for yourself.

Don

Master Plovie:

You seem like a nice kid and are even mildly humorous at times.

Question: Why do you turn to advice to same man recommending the stock in the high teens.

Look for stocks with no downside and plenty of upside. That is how Mr. pink has built His empire.

Just a word of unsolicited advice to an aspiring individual investor.

Don't get burned again.

Do not buy ACRT on Margin. Let the stock go as low as it wants to go. The press release doesn't mean anything. All I can say is
that the company is doing better operationally than I expected.

A major international accounting firm experienced with the TAD business might be hired shortly to do the year end audit.

Other positive changes to be made also.

The shorts are helping the company, since Actrade does not need to
raise equity capital.

Why doesn't Amos buy, he already owns 35% and his salary has averaged $65,000 over the past three years, so what else can you ask for.

Enjoy the price decline. Its manipulated, it has nothing to do with the ultimate value of the company.
