I have the following insiders selling in the last two weeks: Jay Whipple 200,000 Ken Benuento 35,000 James Moran 26,000 Thomas Camp 13,000 -------------------- total 274,000 shares B.B. Can you or anybody else find out how much options were exercised by insiders and was it the same insiders that sold shares? It is not unusual for insiders to sell shares to get cash for buying cheaper options. P.S.Chances are Gary Craft downgraded stock after he saw insider sales numbers
