Paul:

I share your frustration. I would like to know what is going on. I want to be the fly on the wall when things are happening rather than when it is all over. The fear is that silence means something bad is happening. The hope is that something good is unfolding. If it is the former then there is nothing any of us can do. If it is the latter, then there is nothing that any of us can do.

We have to trust that the people with many shares are as interested, motivated, frustrated, and hopeful as we are. I believe they are. I also believe that certified numbers have been produced and more will be -- even if the time wait causes us to want to shout. Take the week off (just like Henry and Mark). A Naxos time-out will not change anything, but it may put it in perspective. We have placed our bets. We can't control the wheel.

It might be that Naxos will take two years (not two weeks) to unfold. The stock may go to 2 before it goes to 10 again. I feel comfortable that I took (and still am taking)the risk. Certified numbers are real. When it happens it happens. Either way we can have a beer and say it was a hell of a ride and get on with our lives with more or less money.

Paul: Did YOU put in a market sell order yesterday? <VBG>

I think most long time Naxonians are just sick of this waiting game. On the other hand, I believe Naxos is very close to making a blockbuster announcement. Think of it: Multiple lab certification of chain of custody material. Hard to imagine what will happen if there is a second "multiple" in the release, namely "ounces".

I was wondering why Naxos would go through all these pains with the various check labs if they can reasonably expect to have a pilot plant up and running in about two, err six weeks. Maybe some of the financial deals will fall into place after they release more coc numbers, who knows?

A question for Kim: What is the status of the due diligence on the J/L process? Is it Naxos' intention to wait for a final verdict from the Patent Office? (I hope not - that might take years)

There is a (should be ) famous quotation in Dec 1997 Season Wrape Up Letter from Barry Downs of Legg Mason Wood Walker; and bolds these words: " Naxos is for real."
There is nothing else that needs to be said. Waiting is the only uncertainty. I have been there, it is not fun, but outcomes change everything. One way or another. But what did I say he said??? ?
