Dear Harry:

Check out post 1126 on this thread. There were only two big owners of this stock other than the Chairman and JNJ. But the data was pretty old. Somehow I do think there was a seller first for today's activities. Because for such big trade only a seller can find a buyer to get a trade on this price level, it is hard to imagine a buyer can find a big seller to agree to trade on this prices. Even so, there can be a thousand reasons for someone to sell, but there can be only one reason for anyone to buy---make some money (well, short-covering would be another if we have that many shares shorted).
