Sean, Thanks for your nice words. Unfortunately these circumstances all too often turns into an "us against them" scenario. I don't mean to sound like that, but I do believe truth is truth and there's nothing wrong with stating your views if they're from the heart tempered by the brain. There is such a nice group of people here on this thread. Something is here we all sense as intrinsically good in the future in spite of the past foibles of management. I'll trust the changes coming at CCC will begin to acknowledge and utilize our collectively positive outlooks. Hang in there Sean... George
