Yes, level II would be able to tell us if 69,000 shares of FAMH were sold today. But, even if the "sob story" was true, the shares were probably sold in batches. And even if the shares were sold in that quanity, based on my observation of trading log today, I think the seller might have had to settle for market orders for some or most.

I just cannot believe somebody would sell that many shares today if they originally purchased them at higher levels based on the trading activity, audited financials due out any day, and the great potential of this stock...let alone not getting "serviced" by the company with returned FAXes, telephone calls, and promises to buyback shares.

I agree with The Showstopper....I think its a fake.
