You were a cyber ferret in your past life thanks for all the links I really appreciate it. I do not agree that the earnings have any impact on this stock in fact I will argue that the refinery and other attempts by management to finally generate revenues is the key here. I think they are looking to get their act together finally and have a company and continue to look for real opportunities to have real revenues with leverage of their Kasakstan concession as the bait. I think that the Anatatoly factor is at work and looking to opportunize his relationships in his mother country on behalf of AIPN. Anyway OMO.

Nice finds! The veracity of the Kaz gov has always been an issue and maybe somewhat priced into the stock. Also there has been a discussion about the general price of oil and it's effect here. While I initially agreed with that I wonder why it isn't also effecting CHAR and HH.

on a side note, if you list any nice summer homes on the jersey shore, let me know ;)
