I'm really glad that they choose to keep the 'US Robotic' brandname. Just this brand-name should be worth $20/share in the long run. Everybody thinks USR modems are the best, just like everybody thinks Soundblaster Soundcards are the best. Eventhough people these days may not want to pay a bit more to get them.
