I have not heard anything on cellphone coverage and would be surprised by a move that quickly. The First Excel bank is up and running with 200 "test" customers for a month or two. The bank opened with 65,000 initial customers. Not bad business for getting started. Of course, the main reason for the bank is its currency exchange software, supposed to be the best in the industry according to Microsoft. The next big question is not when Excel goes international, but which country will be first? Kenny Troutt has said for reps to expect something from him every ninety days! Business rates are fantastic. I would happily compare anyone's bill to see if I can save you some money! Watching this stock - Ain't it fun?? Miami
