Dear "TOXIC",

On a side note, did your "profs" teach you how to spell? Your spelling, aside from obvious 'typos', is atrocious! Maybe you should buy a spell checker, or even a dictionary.

You mentioned that Corel illegally hires German and Hungarian programmers. How are they doing this? If they have work VISA's than they may work in the US. Corel is an international corporation and is allowed to move staff around their different offices as they see fit (of course, they are subject to immigration rules).

If they have indeed contravened any laws in immigration, then you should report this to your government.

As to the issue of the value of shares falling due to the Mr. Cowpland's selling of his shares, is quite ridiculous. They fell due to the poor financial results. Like it or not, our markets are driven by money. The market is built upon speculation! As a result, you'll get companies that disappoint investors while others excel (sometimes due to company problems, others due to unrealistic expectations of investors).

To the rest on this thread:

Quite an interesting thread you have going! Since I work during the day, I am unable to watch the TV Soap Operas (not that I would actually watch one); and the few minutes a day I take to read your thread fills me with enough humour to miss the "Jerry Springer" show at nights.

Hey I have a question! What can Corel do to rebuild their shattered reputation among the decision makers of corporate America?

Catering to the business sector is arguably the best way out of their current slump. But what IS manager is going to buy from a company with a unstable low stock price, and a management that no one takes seriously anymore?

Is time the ultimate healer? Or is the only way out a total revamping of Corel's management, bringing in a new, viable vision and focus for the company?

Can scoring big deals in the Middle East really help Corel's fortunes, or are they just fooling themselves?

Ahem! These questions are NOT rhetorical. Dave

Toxic. Y must u keep bashing COREL???
the mkt is obviuosly telling us that COS will fall apart shortly
that is why the stock has fallen from $14 to $3. Cowpland messed
the fin statements and is paying for they way the recorded
revenues in the past. My guess is that a buyout is the only way
shareholders will be able nto run to the exit doors on this one.
Maybe we will see Geac or MSFT be generous enuff to offer $2-3
per share for this fallen company!!!!!

Or if Cowpland resigns maybe TOXIC?G? could run this company back to
where we all expected it to be one day!!!!! IN SPACE!?!?!?
