Hey, I get blamed for predictions that don't pan at the precise moment stated. But this is what I was told, a fait accompli if you will.

I know what the release said. It's just I couldn't find the bill re: Approval. I asked and was told the bill pertains to toughening existing laws. The well was approved by the DEQ, analagous to EPA or NRC approving environmental/nuclear facilities without Congress having to sign off on each and every one.

Would be nice if something that was a wish list item and so important back in October/November could be clarified now that it is a reality?

I understand your confusion Michael.

Envirotec will not seek any significant changes to the permit draft, and the company expects the permit will be submitted soon for approval by the state legislature.

Have we all lost interest. here? When you posted this Michael, nobody, including myself, knew how to explain it. You posted the news release from Wednesday but Friday's news release, which stated the well was approved, made absolutely no reference to approval of the permit by the legislature.

Last fall, any question would have been explained by ten posts within a half hour. In summary, it does appear we have some inconsistency between last Wednesday and Friday's news releases with respect to the legislature's action.
