I am surprised that it hasn't given a sell signal after
yesterday's debacle. I am pissed. If CPQ did what the analyst said
it did to propr up 4th Q numbers, they are guilty of securities fraud
and I would imagine several legal actions would be filed against them.
Some have posted that they can't comment because they are in the
DEC-CPQ merger silent period. That doesn't mean that CPQ can't
comment about its own 4th Q operations. CPQ's silence speaks about
the truth of the analyst's comments.
