I don't entirely follow your debate here with SP, but since his side of the discussion has degenerated into an idiotic smear, while you are still making cogent points, intellectually you win. This from a guy who, within the past hour, strongly insinuated another poster was a fool!

Anyway, I posted most of what a recent Dell Oro study had to say about the networking market as of the end of last year. It's post #4324 on the Bay thread.

Breaking the 200 day (simple) moving average means someone is in the money if he started buying 200 days ago and has bought the same number of shares every day.
Is it of any importance? I don't know, but i think a lot of people follow trends. Breaking the 200 day MA shows that the longterm trend turned around.
