Matty,

A lot rides on this visit! Glad someone has the opportunity to see what's going on first-hand. Should be interesting to see how NETZ management handles the questions (their demeanor and forthrightness are critical IMO).

Perhaps the questions about printing of additional shares, reverse splits, expected date of release of financials, fully functioning website demo, management structure, NASDAQ/AMEX listing timetable, net vs. gross profit of SoftBank, IR and PR responsiveness, etc., etc. can finally be put in context and perspective.

Good hunting,
Rick

Very good idea Matty - I dont know if I need to say this - But I will anyway -(I'm not trying to patronize) - Write your questions down before - The first reply to your post gives a line of hints of what to ask.

Looking forward to see your report - and THANKS for your time doing the job.

Kind regards
Jens T

-What happened to the IR firm and the first IR guy who told us to that "he didnt give a ^#%$" his words..
-Who are their real clients.
-Where did this 38 mill rev come from .
-Look at the tech staff,, remember there only four in Dec ?
-Get the tel nos of their LA office that was to have been set up last November.
-Employee count
-Overhead.
-Debt.
-Debt service charge.
-Dennis still the chairman controlling things from U.K. ?
-CEOs wife stil employeed by NETZ and draws salary ? If so her function and her salary ?
- Plans for 98
- Plans for finishing the BYB tech,, been over 6 mos now.. all we have is lip service.
-When is the financials that were to have been reported as far as going back to 11/15 ,, remember Matty ? You were keep saying CEO said next week ,, next week,,,
-Meet the employees on second floor in the tech room ,, talk to them ,,,

Ask them hard and ask them like Mike Wallace.. and get the answers Matty ,, You have the right more than anyone else.. here,, and get us the straight news,,,

Get us the wishy washy ,, hyped news and you will become a dog inmy eyes.

Also I have noticed that you are a bit more responsible with your language lately ,, keep it up and be deliberate in your choice of words and people will take you more seriously ..

Just using this as a theme to respond to. I do believe that doing your own research is critical but I am also curious on your thoughts regarding the sheer volume over the past week. Don't you believe that the MMs must have done this already? I apologize in advance if this is not generally the case. I am new to penny stocks in general.
You could argue that volume is a function both of hype and of cumulative research done by the MMs, i.e., hype alone would not be a sufficient explanation.

Another question is whether anyone has done the supply/demand analysis for internet based advertising? This is a relatively new market so early movers should get an advantage, the survivability of individual companies will be tested over time but companies should be able to capture market share if they offer these services now even if they don't offer the highest quality product. Thoughts?
