Thomas:

Its my assumption not a story. I am assuming that TPG must have engaged fleet of actuaries, accountants and analysts before signing definitive agreements. Who will prevail? Our resident experts on SI,etc making observations from outside or TPG's experts who have combed through Oxford's books. I guess we need to wait for an answer. Unfortunately, if we wait the stock will either be at 8 or 35!

Robertson Stephen analyst decreased earnings estimate for 1998 and made new estimate for 1999 of .90 per share. Another analyst downgraded the stock from moderate buy to hold.

Off topic:I notice that you have current interest in RATL. I entered there at 10.50 and exited at 12.50 in order to make room for Oxford. My reason for exiting RATL was in spite of insider buys and regular announcements of awards of excellence the stock was not moving anywhere. Now it seems Oxford has become a long term situation for me. We shall see.

Good luck to you
