CNBC just reported... VLSI expects substantially reduced earning this quarter. Other than Asian flu, no other reason. Any bets on how far the drop?

Robert, I may be wrong on the month, but, the CEO sold 100,000 of his 300,000 shares. I think you can find references to it on this thread during the fall.
