I was originally looking at Rational as a possible vendor for our start-up company. I think that they may be a good investment for the long-term. My concern is that they may have lost focus on the numbers because they keep acquiring other software firms.

But long-term, I think that they are a good investment. They are on my watch list, and I will probably buy when I have some surplus funds.
