If I remember correctly, Borland stock prices fell just before the final assimilation with OPEN; the day after that was complete, BORL prices rose sharply, for a protracted period of time. I am hoping we will see a similar move with VSGN. After all, nobody seemed to wild about that acquisition but after it was sucked in, it was as if the "bad" news was behind them.

I agree. Failing to close above 10 is a bit of a worry. I think BORL will probably trade in the 9's until the March qtr results are out. Remember the OPEN merger. The quarter results after the merger were rally bad. I think people will wait and see. If the March quarter results for BORL are not that terrible then the price should move up to 10 or even 12. I expect a share price of 12 about June/July...which means BUY in the low 9's.Go BORL.
