I am a little puzzled by the quarter point move down as well...

I wouldn't read too much into it...They really will be in the catbird seat...They have the solution to ACT AND will be displaying it,(actually transmitting it )
with a company who has bought it at the show.
Kind of like shooting fish in the barrel.

Two years ago, ACRO was a "story" stock for the DTV "concept", and ran up in anticipation. The political delays tired out what Wall St. following ACRO had garnered. Now the situation is no longer "story" and "concept". It is performance time. Rather than buying tickets to ACRO's re-opening, Wall St. may be more inclined to wait for the morning after papers, read the reviews, and pay scalper's prices after ticket prices have already run up. There may be less risk in paying $6 for the shares than in paying $4 is the way this thinking goes since at $6 you'd be buying booked sales whereas now you're buying anticipation of sales.
