This stock started to act very positive over amonth ago. Serious accumulating going on. IMHO...10 by April 30. HC

Something about this merger with Hugoton doesn't feel right. It's much clearer to me now that mergers raise the risk in holding stocks. Unlocking hidden assets can provide a one time kick to the upside, but it's just as likely that hidden liabilities or material misestimates of reserves could provide a kick to the downside. Either way, a number of individuals cut a slice out of the pie for themselves before the merger is complete and the closets are emptied. Has anyone else gone over the merger documentation and consolidated statements? If so, does this merger mania make sense, in this case in particular?
