My post concerning the GIFS site has only been up about 3 hours now and already I'm hearing rumors about Essary's threats of lawsuits.

I only know and report what I personally witnessed.

(1) I was in the GIFS office when Essary, Mohamed, and Mike Rehtorik plotted a way to handle the "problem" of Mo's arrest. If Essary
was an "outsider" as he claims, then why was he the author of
GIFS press releases--especially those so vital to the company's
future?

(2) I was sent to wait by the fax machine to retrieve Essary's fax
which later was published word for word. Essary later denied
knowing anything.

(3) Essary is one step behind. I've already given the original
documentation to the proper authorities. Let him sue me. I
can prove in court--if he likes--what I have written.

That is a bunch of baloney. Numerous times I asked you if this was a scam. We had many conversations and I cannot believe that you would say things like this. I was taken in completely like everyone else.
