CC did not give any guidance for 1998. IMHO, 11 cents is too optimistic. It will be revised downwards.

I have confidence in Payson's handling of Oxford's turn around. I do not know the extent of damage the lawsuits will cause. LPasco, if you are still on this board, Can you give your current assessment on this issue.

DRRISK- my recollection is that any requests for guidance were deferred with the comment that Norm needed more time and information. WRT rate increases, I believe it was Sullivan who indicated that small group business for 1/1 renewals had average of 6% increases and larger, experience rated business had average 1/1 increase of 3%.
