Here's the release:

SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 27, 1998--AMD today
announced that it has signed a two-year foundry agreement with the
International Business Machines Corporation.
The agreement will somewhat augment AMD's capacity from Fab 25 in
Austin, Texas, for the production of AMD-K6(tm) microprocessors. AMD
said that wafer starts at IBM are planned to commence during the third
quarter of 1998.
