You have never heard of Sizzler? Hmmm... maybe they didn't operate on the east coast.

They were some cheap steakhouse that I think when out of business. They used to have $6.99 dinners.
No kidding, I once had a fantastic piece of Prime rib there for $8.99 or something like that.
