What is the 23:F T mean? 23.1 means 23 1/8 23.5 means 23 5/8 23:1 means 23 1/16 23:E means 23 11/16 23:T means 23 13/16 23:F means 23 15/16 T means it is a NASD T-form trade, indicating a trade performed either before the market opens or after the market closes.
