Peter, Without going into detail about the size of LGND's move, today is the deadline for the LLY decision, and buyers are out early. (LGND is not currently trading in the 14's)

Peter, I hesitated to post this as I had hoped that there would be an update, so as not to mislead the thread, LGND's bid is back down to 14 3/4's (LGND is currently trading in the 14's). BTW, DELL up $4 :-)
