no.. that is ok, the fact that a stocks market cap is less than $150 million is ok..
we are discussing one with less than half of that..
less safe IMO.. in light that there are insiders looking to get shares cheaper..
that is a big red warning..

Been sort of enjoying the exchange between you and taxikid. Both of us being prof-types, I see some similarities between him and some students who answer test questions w/o REALLY reading the question, e.g. the thesis of this thread.

BTW, Discover has no HAYZD to short either.

I just found this wonderful thread after deciding that a short or two would help diversify my portfolio a little. I'm very interested in your analysis of floorless convertibles and the SEC searches group you are in. I think I saw a link to this club's home page many posts ago, but I lost it. Is there anyway you could give me more info about this club?
