**** OT **** Emil, There is a Datek thread: Subject 5957 I use and love Datek (though I use their express server only). The instant updates of your positions and balances put companies like eSchwab and Ameritrade to shame -- lately it's taken as long as four days for Ameritrade to update balances and positions. That's not just annoying; it's dangerous, too. Why do you care what the last sale price is for your portfolio? If you're long in your positions, your liquidation value will be based on the bid price anyway (unless you split the spread, which is another reason why Datek is great). Bid price is a more accurate way of valuing a short-term investor's long positions.
