to put it in perspective...when i or anyone else reports having good results with etrade, i am not saying that troubles do not exist. it says that not everyone is having problems. it does not assign a percentage satisfaction either...just that there are satisfied customers and unhappy customers. remember, a lot of the equation depends on the internet and how it is behaving at any point in time. i use rt trader and some days there are people having all kinds of problems with data delivery and i am having none and vice versa. there are times when i cannot get into si or get in and cannot get the messages to come up or refresh and other times i can load messages very quickly. as i pointed out in my earlier post, i am happier with etrade than i am with discover (lombard) after a year with each one.
