Glenn, are you using their new site? I continue to use their old (classice) site and will often shuffle around servers to get a fast (few users logged-in) one. The slowest trade I've ever had was 39 sec.s. I only trade NASDAQ. As far as access and speed they are WAY better than Ameritrade (I have an account there also) and are apparently the overall fastest on the internet.
