Strategia New Contracts Announced

CFO to Depart

LOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 4, 1998--Strategia Corp. (AMEX:SAA - news) announced today that it has entered into two new agreements to perform Year 2000 services.

The first contract is with the University of Kentucky and the second is with Central Illinois Light Co [OTC BB:CILTL - news].

The University of Kentucky engagement involves a Year 2000 impact analysis and magnitude assessment. The project will include an analysis of thousands of networked and stand-alone personal computers, an embedded chip analysis of 32 buildings and other facilities and a source code analysis for two million lines of code.

The Central Illinois Light Co. (CILCO) engagement involves a Year 2000 impact analysis. This project will include assisting CILCO in managing an enterprise-wide Year 2000 project office, developing a master compliance plan, conducting awareness and methodology workshops for CILCO personnel, developing inventories of mainframe computer hardware and software for compliance efforts, analyzing embedded chip exposures in three power plants and a meter shop and surveying vendors.

Richard W. Smith, chief executive officer of Strategia Corp., stated that, ''These two contracts are the latest of a number of recent signings. Many of our customers have asked that they not be identified in press releases, so we have not announced engagements recently. However, I can report that in North America, we have signed but not announced an additional five contracts. These contracts involve a wide range of Year 2000 services ranging from impact analysis and magnitude assessment to code renovation and testing. They involve work across a wide spectrum of businesses including a utility, retailers, an
agricultural business and a hospital. Together with the two contracts announced today, these contracts total more than $3 million.

''In Europe, we have signed but not announced five contracts totaling over 2 million French francs. These contracts include magnitude assessment and code renovation for a bank and a number of French national and local governmental and related agencies.

''Some of these previously unannounced contracts in both North America and Europe were signed in 1997. However, they came late in the year and very little 1997 revenue arose from them. We expect to issue our 1997 earnings release later this month after Ernst & Young LLP completes the audit of the 1997 financial statements.

''We are pleased with our progress to date. The number of opportunities available to Strategia has been growing and we
perceive momentum to be building in our sector. Our revenues are increasing and we are taking advantage of our opportunities
to prove our capabilities in a number of different industries and government sectors over a wide range of Year 2000 challenges.''

Strategia also announced today that Christopher A. Sailer, the company's chief financial officer and a vice president, resigned
to pursue other interests.
