I spoke to the same source again last night. He tells me that AIPN is closing the purchase of a Russian oil field that produces
10,500 BBL per day of oil, has proven reserves of 90Million barrels, probable reserves of another 220M barrels, and "Oil in
place" of 500M barrels. In exchange AIPN will give up 2.5% of their 70% stake in MSUP, warrants/options to buy AIPN stock
at $11.25/share and some debt.

This should be worth at least $6/share to AIPN in book value, therefore, we should be trading in the $5-8/share range soon after
the announcement. According to my source, this should be announced with the next 10 days. The Russian oil company involved is
Yukos(spelling?) and apparently, they were involved in the original drilling done at Begesh and 2 other structures in AIPN's
concession called North and South Sarga structues along with Orline structure.

My guess is that they have information on the oil that exists in AIPN's concession and they are trying to get in some type of
participation, whether its for drilling or other expertise.

There is another deal in the works that dwarfs this one and could be finalized withing 30 days, also involving the acquisition of
MORE substantial PROVEN reserves by AIPN in exchange for AIPN options/warrants and possibly a small % of MSUP but no
higher than 5%.

My source was on the money back 3 weeks ago and I have no doubt that he will be on the money again with this latest news.

happy trading AIPN longs!!
