The article is more for cursory interest /introduction and is for entertainment purposes only (IMO). You will get a more detailed overview (and just as many wrong answers) (g) right here on this BB. . The implications a layman might likely read into the Barrons story are highly misleading. It could be downright dangerous to read that story and actually act on it! (g) . My older posts on the subject may even have some WRONG info in them. It is a tricky election and it is brand new. My more recent posts on the election I am more comfortable with... There are many UNANSWERED issues the way the Law was passed and even once the Technical corrections are passed (from a preliminary discussion I had with an author of the act) I think we will STILL will not have all the answers. .
