They may be selling for a customer, not for themselves. If you have an account with Volpe, and call them to sell stock in MRVC, even though they have a recommendation out on it, they still sell it.

Richard, I bet you they did and I guess it is because they were dumping MRVC which they probably acquired when they downgraded it the last time. I am probably the most skeptic of any analyst and their employers. Mr. Korn, if you are reading this, can't these people be sued for diseminating false information to benefit from it at the expense of investors? Please let me know in light of your legal expertise. peacelover
