Your camcorder records at the NTSC color standard of 29.97 fr/sec. The Buz (or any other capture card) records at variable frame rates depending on the quality setting you choose to record with. But even if you choose 29.97 fr/sec, it will still not be in sync, so if you want to capture one specific frame you see on your camcorder, there is no guarantee that frame will be captured by the computer.

I guess you could pause the camcorder on the specific frame you want, and assuming it has good quality pause, you could then record that frame into the computer.
