Ok Jim,
What does this mean for DELL?
There is evidently major demand at the lower price points for average PC's.
DELL only sells INTC. DELL only sells more expensive PC's.
Business and SOHO are buying cheaper PC.

DELL it would appear is refusing to participate in a vicious price war.
Could this be a strategic mistake? That is the $ 64,000 question.
For the Record, Whenever DELL makes a strategic mistake, the stock drops about 70% in a short period of time.
