Diane.

Thanks for digging into this situation.

Now, just to throw more fuel on the fire, I received my packet on Friday the 13th from National Discount Brokers, so someone managed to get it out a lot faster than the schedule you worked out in your note. It does seem like FTEL was a bit late getting things out, but it isn't all their fault if I was able to get my packet 2 weeks before the meeting. I'm sure we would all like things to work out better in the future.

Let's also not forget about the note someone posted yesterday about some brokerages deciding to vote your proxies for you! That may have happened to some who don't have their packets yet. I got one from NDB, but I've heard nothing from Vanguard - ever - about FTEL. They NEVER send me anything that I get from NDB for the same stocks.

I do wonder tho why you are so negative about a stock you own (at least I think you own it). If you are concerned about the company, help them out in a positive way, or get out.

Good luck

Mitch

Thanks for the proxy info. Regarding my "dead horse" comment, I was
not referring to the proxy issue, but the 144 issue raised over and over by another party on this thread.

Awfully quiet today, the crew out in Westlake must be enjoying the weather and getting ready to hear the good word from Frank & Co.
Looking forward to getting the lowdown.
