Duchesne is 100 miles up the canyon from Provo. If you have the time to go visit the well let me know and I will try to visit at the same time. I live 166 miles from Duchesne. Friends in Duchesne told me there wasn't much activity at the well two weeks ago other than the normal disposal of drilling wastes. With the approvals that have been received, I would assume that activity will pick up in the very near future though. Allen

Regarding a site visit: here's Mike's take. It's a well head with a tin shed a little way from some storage tanks, on top of a mesa in the middle of nowhere. You can't see anything but nothing from there. It's also under 4 feet of fresh snow. Take a St. Bernard.
