Don, if that's why these are up (I don't buy it, BTW), then consider this - States have been winning the war with mail order merchants over sales taxes. There is no reason to think the Internet should be any different. There's just too much money involved for the states to bend over and take it from Slick and you can bet that state lawmakers will be lobbying their Congressional delegations AND preparing for a fight to the Supreme Court. Anyone who bought for that reason is a bigger fool than us shorts/put buyers. It was an excuse for small buying 12 points ago that triggered buy stops and turned into the mother, father and grandparents of all short squeezes. It's only a coincidence that it happened just in time, before the end of the window for insider sales.<g> bob
