THQI trades like a volatile growth stock that is followed by a lot of investors "willing to turn on a dime". It may not be a fluff momentum stock but it is also not a mature stock that is traded just on the improving fundamentals.

There is little large investor or institutional interest in THQI at this point - that's too bad because it would help stabilize the trading action.

I agree that the momentum investors have cooled their heels but I don't think the stock will move down from here. It's now down to well within the historical trend lines given the recent earnings increases. This combined with the favorable outlook for the next several quarters should help to attract investors who will see it as a mid-long term bargain. The market is also turning more favorable to small cap stocks. The market is turning from being cautious and favoring the blue chips toward looking for better growth opportunities. I think the overal market will be rocky but for the trend to be for greater investment in small caps. THQI may have a difficult time attracting institutional investors because it is such a small company. Some of the smaller small cap growth oriented funds may start picking it up but you are unlikely to see the large funds in it any time soon.

Good luck on your investments!
