Michael Donahue, chairman of the Conference said, "We anticipate over 900

Angeles based investment conference of its kind for growth companies seeking

"The key to our growing success has been our clear focus in helping

review innovative new strategies for structuring capital formation
transactions," said Mr. Donahue.
Featured speakers include morning keynote speaker Joel Kotkin, who is a

center for the largest population of growth companies in the world," said Mr.
Donahue.
Massoud Entekhabi, managing partner of Coopers & Lybrand added, "In terms
of venture capital investments, if Southern California were a separate state,
